Refund Policy

## 1. STANDARD ORDERS

### 1.1 Return Period
LND Jewellery offers a 30-day return policy for all standard (non-custom) orders. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all packaging and documentation intact.

### 1.2 Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at lndjewelleryiom@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

### 1.3 Return Shipping
For domestic returns, return shipping is free. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees incurred during the return process.

### 1.4 Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item. The full purchase amount will be refunded, excluding any shipping costs for international returns.

## 2. CUSTOM ORDERS

### 2.1 Deposit Payment (50%)
Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit before we begin the design process. This deposit will **only** be refunded if:
- LND Jewellery cannot fulfill the order for any reason
- The materials requested become unavailable
- We cannot meet the agreed specifications

### 2.2 Final Payment (Remaining 50%)
Once your custom piece is fully made and the remaining 50% payment has been processed, **no refunds will be accepted** unless the item is faulty or significantly different from the approved design.

### 2.3 Faulty Items
If your custom item arrives with manufacturing defects or quality issues:
- Contact us within 7 days of receipt with clear photos of the issue
- We will assess the fault and determine if repair, replacement, or refund is appropriate
- Confirmed manufacturing faults will be eligible for repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion

### 2.4 Design Approval
All custom designs require customer approval before production begins. Once you have approved the design:
- Minor variations in the final product are normal due to the handcrafted nature of jewellery
- Changes requested after design approval may incur additional charges
- Refunds will not be issued for approved designs that meet the specifications

## 3. EXCHANGES

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or style within 30 days of purchase, subject to availability. For custom items, size adjustments may incur additional fees.

## 4. CANCELLATIONS

### 4.1 Standard Orders
Standard orders can be cancelled prior to shipping for a full refund.

### 4.2 Custom Orders
- Cancellations before design approval: 50% deposit is non-refundable
- Cancellations after design approval but before production: 50% deposit is non-refundable
- Cancellations after production begins: No refund will be issued

## 5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the damage or incorrect item
- We will arrange for return shipping and replacement or refund
