- "Custom Order" refers to specially designed jewellery pieces created according to customer specifications.

## 3. ORDERING AND PAYMENT

### 3.1 Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving reason.

### 3.2 Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods as indicated at checkout. All payments must be made in full unless a payment plan has been agreed upon for orders over £500.

### 3.3 Custom Orders
Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit before a design mockup is provided. The remaining 50% is due before shipping. Custom orders typically take 15-25 days to complete.

### 3.4 Pricing
All prices are in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

## 4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

### 4.1 Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide.

### 4.2 Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays due to customs, postal services, or other circumstances beyond our control.

### 4.3 Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for non-delivery or delays resulting from incorrect address details.

## 5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

### 5.1 Return Policy
You may return Products within 30 days of receipt. Returns must be in original condition with all packaging and documentation.

### 5.2 Return Shipping
For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

### 5.3 Custom Orders
Custom orders are eligible for returns under our standard 30-day policy, provided they are in original condition.

### 5.4 Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

## 6. PRODUCT INFORMATION

### 6.1 Product Descriptions
We strive to display Products accurately, but we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, or error-free.

### 6.2 Colours and Appearance
The appearance of Products may vary slightly from images on the Site due to individual computer monitor settings and limitations in digital photography.

### 6.3 Certification
All Moissanite stones over 3mm come with GRA certificates with QR code verification.

## 7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

### 7.1 Site Content
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is our property and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

### 7.2 Custom Designs
Custom designs created for customers remain the intellectual property of LND Jewellery and may be used for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
